Never Ending Questions- Acadia B

In the Power, we mainly follow 4 women, all with a genetic mutation caused by science in the future. In the first few chapters when we were being introduced to the different main characters, there were times in the text where people were questioning the mutation. One of the side characters questions all of the women in the political parties. There were many people who were curious about the new “reality” and were trying to figure out if it was for the better or for worse. “Daniel says, “ We’re going to get this test. Bring it in statewide, all government…walking around with a loaded gun.”). This has always been the case throughout history, with every new advancement of humankind, more and more questions and problems keep occurring. With every new achievement, there will constantly be more and more questions. This could be a good thing for humanity, with every new question/ problem always raises up more and more opportunities for improvement.”There are no shortcuts. Not to understanding and not to knowledge. You can't put anyone into a box.” Every single time that you find answers to one question, so many other questions always pop up. Life is a never ending circle of circle and we will always end up having to keep finding answers and improving our lifestyles. “Who’s the serpent and who’s the Holy Mother? Who’s bad and who’s good? Who persuaded the other one to eat the apple? Who has the power and who’s powerless?”
